Above-ground storage tanks are designed for storing various liquids, aggressive substances and chemicals, wastewater and feces, granulates, and products for food purposes. Tanks can be manufactured as health harmless, allowing contact with food.

Above-ground tanks are made from structural plates of integral polypropylene and are designed for placement on the floor, at ground level.

They are standardly equipped with a plastic lid.

They can be equipped with technological partitions, various pipe connection holes, nozzles, drain valves, etc. They are watertight in terms of ČSN 75 0905.

Cylindrical Above-ground Plastic Tanks

Cylindrical tanks are closed tanks made of polypropylene. They are manufactured as a single piece, by welding technology.

The installation is always performed on a base concrete slab with min. flatness of +/- 5 mm in both directions.

For the necessity of larger volumes, tanks can be interconnected into an assembly of multiple tanks.

Above-ground cylindrical tanks are designed for above-ground, freestanding installation. The wall thickness is calculated for a liquid density of 1000 kg/m3 (water).

In case of using tanks for liquids or chemicals with a greater density, it’s necessary to consult with the manufacturer (to recalculate whether the standard wall thickness is sufficient).

They are watertight in terms of ČSN 75 0906.

The tanks have been tested and approved by the state testing laboratory TZÚS Prague.

Cylindrical above-ground tanks can be equipped on request with:

technological nozzles with flanges (or threads), necks, drain valves, partitions, fittings, level indicators, mounting entry hole in the tank lid, reinforcements for placing mixers, etc.
tanks can have sloped or conical bottoms and can have legs (number and height are optional).
