In January 2024, a delivery of a wastewater treatment plant (according to the customer-supplied documentation) was realized for the company **Cadagua S.A., Valencia**, for the construction **FORTUNA Murcia ciudad**.
It involved 5 self-supporting PP tanks (2 aeration tanks, dimensions 8.8×2.36 m, H=2.9 m + 2 settling tanks, dimensions 2.36×2.16 m, H=2.7 m + 1 chlorination tank 4.0×1.66 m, H=2.35 m). The aeration system (disc aeration elements and pumps for the settling tanks were supplied by the customer). The cover was made from PP grates 1.0×1.0 m.

This complicated installation was eventually resolved in cooperation with a structural engineer (structural calculation), a production technologist, and external workers… Loading was also challenging due to the severe frost (-10 degrees Celsius), when water froze on the walls of the PP tanks, creating ice cubes of 10×10 cm, which caused an extra weight of approximately 2 tons. The transport was carried out by a specialized company using low-deck trailers…
