 WWTP of type VH PREMIUM^® 

Small VH Premium® treatment plants are biological wastewater treatment plants designed for buildings with a capacity of up to 50 population equivalents. The quality of the effluent meets hygiene and water management requirements. Wastewater treatment plants are used to treat wastewater from smaller buildings (family houses, apartment buildings, restaurants, hotels, schools, kindergartens, businesses, office and production premises, etc.). Treated water from the WWTP can be discharged into a receiving water body – a watercourse, storm sewer, or even infiltrated into groundwater (infiltration). 

 Modern solutions 

Modern VH® wastewater treatment solutions meet the strict criteria of European legislation. Thanks to the fact that the treatment plants contain state-of-the-art components, they provide customers with maximum comfort in terms of operation and maintenance. Energy consumption is low and operation is very simple. VH® treatment plants operate odorlessly, quietly, and with above-standard efficiency. Installation is quick and easy.

 How does the treatment plant works? 

The treatment plant consists of a denitrification, oxidation, and separation area. Mechanical impurities, fats, and nitrogen pollution are removed in the denitrification area. The oxidation area contains an aeration system into which a blower pumps air. Organic pollution is removed in this area. In the separation area, the treated water is separated from the sludge. The treated water flows into a watercourse, drainage ditch, or service water tank. The sludge is recirculated back into the process. All systems in the treatment plant are controlled by valves in the distributor, and thanks to ENCELADUS technology, all stages of the treatment process are constantly monitored. ENCELADUS add-on technology enables automatic intensification or, conversely, slowing down of the wastewater treatment process, thereby optimizing investment costs and permanently reducing operating costs.                   

 Technical parametres 

Wastewater treatment plants operate on a mechanical-biological principle and are used to treat sewage from all sources of organic pollution (kitchen, bathroom, toilet, etc.). They are designed and developed in accordance with European standards (EN 12566-3). They are characterized by high durability and long service life. The operation of the treatment plants is simple and reliable. They work even with a slightly interrupted inflow of wastewater, as well as in winter. The above-standard quality of the treated water meets hygiene and water management requirements. The treated water can be discharged into a watercourse, drainage system, or storage tank for service water. Surplus sludge can be used for composting, fertilizing ornamental trees and gardens.
